Virtue Hardware Co., Ltd (Branch comany: Virtue (Sanhe) Technology Co., Ltd), are dedicated in coffin handles, coffin ornaments, cross and crucifix, name plate, casket arm, swing bar and all kinds hardware which are of related to coffin, casket and funeral. We are one of good manufacturers in funeral products in China.
Our main products are made of zamak (zinc alloy), which are produced by die casting, and then by hand polished and finally by electronic plating to make different of surface finish. They can be plated to Gold (GP), Nickel (NP), Antique Brass (AB), Antique copper (AC) and so on. This kinds of products are top level handles and fittings in the funeral products.
Meanwhile, we also produce the article by plastic material such as PP, ABS or recycle material, they will be more economic and most of them are using for cremation funeral. By injection machine, they will be formed the shape in the mould, then we will make the vacuum metallization and color coating for surface treament, they can be finish the gold, silver or copper color. Some products in ABS material can also be electronic plated into antique brass or antique copper.
Except above item, we also have an ability to produce some decoration and fittings by steel, stainless steel (304# or 316#) or aluminum alloy.

1, Mould Develop
We have various mould to production different kinds of material, such as zamac, pp recycle, pp new, ABS and aluminum alloy.
To develop new mould, we always give client more economic way which is more suitable for demand. Meanwhile we will suggest some detail which can be more competitive in production cost.
2, Lift weight Testing
As the handle, we have lift weight test machine to gurantee the design and products are comply to demand, especially the metal handle, who always use to lift weight, in market it should be at lease 100kg per piece, but we make this standard is a little high than market, which should be at least 150kgs, which means it should be reach to 180-200kgs without damage. By this criterion, we have strictly standard of conduct to repect the people who left from their family and friend.

We produce full range of coffin handle, the material can be zamak, aluminum alloy, steel (rion), plastic (ABS, PP or PP recycle), and also the pp recycle with steel wire reinforced.
The casket corner and swing bar which is mix item, as they used the plactic item with steel bar to be set, which is not only good decoration, but also the handles for casekt.
The crucifix and cross are made of zamak, steel (Iron), alumimum alloy and also plastic (ABS, PP or PP recycle), also we on making the new material by stainless steel and also the brass for Christ.
Now we have some new design for the tomstone, which is crucifix and photo frame.
